All of this, of course, in addition to ensuring strict compliance with the law regarding its core activity and promoting responsible gambling practices.

In this way, we comply with the values charter of the Gran Madrid Group, which defines “Basic Corporate Responsibility” as a discretionary ethical dimension, “committing to actions that benefit society as a whole.”

Initiatives within the framework of its commitments to society.

• Monitoring and strict compliance with all rules and regulations governing gaming activities.

• Support and promotion of the proposals and recommendations of the European Casino Association (ECA) on responsible gambling. European Casino Association

• Has donated €635,527.83 in orphan chips, which were handed over to the City Council of Torrelodones for social purposes, in compliance with the Casino Regulations (Article 43.4).
• Sponsorship of the Contemporary Painting Competition of Torrelodones.
• Promotion of the Live Painting Competition “Rafael Botí”.
• Contributions to the construction of the Almudena Cathedral.
• Donation of the carillon to the Church of Santa Cruz.

Photovoltaic installation:

• • We have a self-consumption photovoltaic installation. It is a supply model with self-consumption without surplus. It corresponds to the modalities defined in Article 9.1.a) of Law 24/2013, of December 26.
• • In these modalities, an anti-feed-in system must be installed to prevent surplus energy from being injected into the transmission or distribution grid. In this case, there will be a single type of entity, as defined in Article 6 of Law 24/2013, of December 26, which will be the consumer entity.
• • The installed capacity is 500 kW of inverter power, and a peak power of 538.6 kWp in solar panels. The photovoltaic panels have a power of 460 W and are located on a coplanar structure over the casino parking canopy.
• • The canopy structure is made of trapezoidal metal sheets placed on a metal framework. The photovoltaic panels and their coplanar structure are installed on these sheets. View plan.
• • The installation of the photovoltaic panels and supporting structure is complemented by 5 inverter units with a nominal power of 100 kW each for energy conversion. The cabling is of adequate section, along with other protection, switching, and metering elements that ensure proper operation and safety of the installation.
