A standard 52-card French deck is used. The Ace may be used in straight combinations either as the lowest card before the 2 (Ace, 2, 3, 4, 5) or as the highest card after the King (10, J, Q, K, Ace).

The Casino Gaming Management will determine in advance the duration and limits of the game, if any. Games will begin when there are at least four participants. Before the game starts, seats at the table will be assigned by random draw among the players wishing to participate. Once the game has started, the Floor Manager will assign any new seats.

The Casino will establish the initial buy-in amount with which players participate, as well as the value of rebuys. It will also determine the minimum amount required for a new player to join the game. Players will be required to rebuy when the chips remaining on the table fall below the minimum amount established.

The dealer will then place a marker or button in front of the player immediately preceding the one who has the dealer position. This player will act first and begin the hand.

Once the cards have been shuffled and the cut has been made, all participants will place an initial ante bet, which will always be half of the table minimum.

There are different betting structures:

• Split limit: the first two betting rounds are played with the lower limit, and the following rounds with the higher limit.
• Pot limit: the bet is limited by the size of the pot.
• No limit: there is no maximum betting limit, although the minimum bet cannot be lower than the amount authorized and displayed on the table.

At all times, cards must remain visible to both the dealer and the other players. Participants may not touch their cards until the dealing has finished.

When it is a player’s turn to bet, they may:

• Fold and leave the game by clearly saying “no bet” and placing their cards face down on the table, where they will be removed by the dealer without being shown to other players.
• Check by saying “check” when they choose not to bet. If another player makes a bet, the player who checked must call or raise in order to continue playing.
• Call by matching the amount placed in the pot by other players.
• Raise by increasing the bet and placing enough chips in the pot.

After each betting round, the dealer will burn a card from the deck and place it under the pot. Once the fourth betting round is completed, players reveal their cards, starting with the player who made the last highest bet. The pot is awarded to the best hand, or split among players with equal winning hands in proportion to their respective stacks.

POKER 20-1. Four cards with the same value or number and one different card.

FULL 7-1. Three cards of the same value or number and the other two forming a pair.

COLOR 5-1. Five non-consecutive cards of the same suit.

STRAIGHT 4-1. Five consecutive cards of different suits.

THREE OF A KIND 3-1. Three cards of the same value or number and the other two not forming a pair.

TWO PAIR 2-1. Two pairs of cards of different values and one different card.

PAIR 1-1. Two cards of the same value or number.

HIGH CARD 1-1. When no player has any of the above combinations, the winner is the player with the highest card.

A new player may not join the game if the vacant seat would result in them being assigned the “button” or dealer position.

The Inspector or Floor Manager will be responsible for the correct development of the game, acting as referee in any conflict in accordance with the legal framework of the Gaming Regulations of the Community of Madrid. Their decisions shall be binding for all parties involved.
