To access the Casino, you must be over 18 years of age and present the following original, valid identification documents.
Spanish citizens: National Identity Document (DNI).
Foreign citizens:
- Passport.
- For EU citizens: valid identification documents issued in the client’s country of origin with a photograph.
- Official Spanish identification documents (residence card or foreigner identity card).
- Official identity documents for diplomatic and consular staff: identity document issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation.

We recommend wearing appropriate attire to ensure maximum comfort. In any case, access to the Casino is prohibited for anyone wearing: swimwear, flip-flops, tracksuits, sports shorts, sleeveless tops for men, hats, and bulky items (such as backpacks or motorcycle helmets). A free cloakroom service is available.
The venue reserves the right of admission. The following are not permitted:
- Entry or presence in the gaming area by individuals showing violent behaviour.
- Entry by persons carrying weapons or objects that could be used as such.
- Use of symbols or images that promote violence, racism, or xenophobia.
- Being under the influence of alcohol or other stimulants and, for this or any other reason, causing disturbances to the public, staff, or users, or disrupting the normal course of gaming.
- Use of mobile phones at gaming tables and slot machines.
- Taking photographs or videos inside the premises.
- Entry by persons included in the Register of Gambling Access Restrictions (RIAJ).
- Any other requirement established by applicable laws and regulations.
