What are Jackpots?
A Jackpot is the big prize on a Slot machine: the maximum payout a player can win in a game. At Gran Madrid you will find two types: fixed Jackpots, whose amount is displayed on each machine, and progressive Jackpots, whose value increases in real time with every spin.
How do I know if I’ve won a Jackpot?
A Progressive Jackpot is a pooled prize that continuously grows as players place bets on a specific machine or group of machines. Each spin contributes to the shared pot, allowing the prize to reach extraordinary amounts. When several machines share the same progressive Jackpot, the accumulation is even faster, creating so-called Super Jackpots, often displayed on large illuminated screens next to the machines.
How do I know if I’ve won a Jackpot?
If you win a Jackpot or super Jackpot in any of our casinos, the machine will emit a sound signal and the light tower will illuminate, locking automatically. No further action is required: stay seated and our staff will promptly come to award your prize.
Remember that to qualify for a Jackpot, you must have placed the maximum number of bets allowed on the machine.
